Listen carefully to the suggestions and recommendations of the real estate agent, you carefully hired and selected, and learn the best approach, throughout the entire process!

3. Attitude; attention; activities; aptitude; actions: Don’t let negative thinking, limit your possibilities! Proceed with a true, positive, can – do, attitude, and avoid over – reacting! Take the time, to pay keen attention, to numerous details, strengths and weaknesses, use all the smartest activities suggested (such as how much to pay/ offer, using a real estate professional, etc), and develop a relevant aptitude, and skill – set, so you are prepared and ready to take the wisest actions, in a well – considered, timely manner!

4. Needs: Know your specific needs, and let these, become your primary focus! Don’t try to keep up with the Joneses, but, do, what’s right, and, best, for you!
